Availability of Items for Sale.
Only Items that are currently available for sale will be offered on this web site. In the event that an item is sold prior to your placing an order to buy then you will be informed by return email and a full reimbursement made.
Our Guarantee of Goods Purchased.
Items sold on this Web Site are guaranteed to be of the period stated unless otherwise stated. A full refund is offered subject to the following conditions;

1. Should you have any reason to dispute the authenticity of an item purchased the purchaser should notify us via email within 7 days of receipt. The item can then be forwarded to us provided that it is returned in the same condition as sent. Any item will be deemed as sold unless notification is received within 14 days. It is regretted that postage costs cannot be refunded.
2. This refund offer does not apply to any goods purchased in error (including errors in translation of the text of this web site to another language), on the behalf of a third party, nor to goods that have been damaged, disassembled or tampered with after purchase.
3. It is regretted that printed matter such as books pamphlets magazines etc. Are sold as described and therefore cannot be returned.
4. We supply items for collector's, display purposes only & such items are not intended for actual wear or use. We do not guarantee the fitting of any clothing, footwear or headgear, nor their suitability for being worn.
5. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to ensure that any goods ordered are permitted to be imported into their country. If an item has to be returned because of import restrictions then we are prepared to offer goods in exchange to the same value, less return postage & import costs incurred by us. We regret that under these circumstances we are unable to offer a refund.

Payment.
Payments are accepted in British Pounds Sterling and should be made through our secure eshop using Visa, Switch/Maestro, Master Card, JCB, Pay Pal or American Express. It will be possible to pay for goods via cheque drawn on a UK Bank account by prior agreement. No goods will be dispatched until funds have been cleared and items will be held as reserved for 7 days only pending payment. A ‘lay away’ scheme is available by negotiation and goods will be reserved during the agreed period. No goods will be forwarded until all monies have been paid in full and cleared.

Delivery Charges.
Cost of delivery is automatically calculated in our eshop and are based on our standard packaging handling and postal costs. Wherever possible items will be shipped by insured post.

Insurance.
We offer a world- wide export scheme, and trust & rely on the various delivery systems used to work properly, it must be understood that items are sent entirely at the customer's own risk. We will package the items to prevent damage, and obtain all relevant despatch documents etc, but in the event of a parcel being lost in transit we will not be liable for such a loss. Insurance, to the limits quoted by the delivery company involved, against loss or damage is included in our quoted delivery prices but offers only minimal cover.
