Terms
of Business
- All items
sold are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise stated.
Great care is taken to ensure that only genuine items are described
and sold as such, in the event that any purchaser is dis-satisfied
at to authenticity or description then a full refund will be made
within 14 days of purchase.
- No item will
be forwarded until full payment has been received by First Light
Militaria.
- Items are
despatched by Standard, Recorded or Special Delivery. Clients
are strongly recommended to use Special Delivery, particularly
in the case of expensive items.
- A charge
of 2% will be added to any credit card transaction through Pay
Pal. The full cost of any purchase will be conveyed before the
sale is closed. For full details on how to make a purchase please
refer to How to Order.
- First Light
Militaria will support a 'Put Away' scheme. The full cost of the
sale will be divided into three equal payments and the deposit
of three post dated cheques. In some cases an individual agreement
will be acceptable as to method and length of payment. In all
cases the item purchased will not be forwarded until full payment
has been made.
- Medals are
guaranteed as original and genuine, if at any time after purchase
a medal is found to be fake or a forgery, a full refund will be
made, providing it is returned in the same condition.
- Periodic
lists will be provided (Approximately four per annum) please forward
a large S.A.E.
- A Swop and
Part Exchange facility is offered. In all cases items that are
offered under such an arrangement will be examined prior to final
acceptance.
- First
Light Militaria
aim to provide the best possible service to our clients and would
